Placing a wholesale order with Benestar Corp. (“Benestar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) constitutes acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

1. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS & CUSTOMER INFORMATION

A valid copy of the customer’s Resale Certificate or Professional License must be on file prior to order processing. Orders will not be processed until required documentation has been received and approved.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Billing and shipping addresses are accurate and current
  • A valid phone number is provided
  • A valid email address is provided
  • Fax number (if applicable) is provided

Customers must notify Benestar Corp. immediately of any account changes.

Minimum Order Requirements

  • Opening Order Minimum: $150.00
  • Reorder Minimum: $150.00

Benestar Corp. reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at its sole discretion.

2. PRODUCT SAMPLES

Samples may be provided to qualified wholesale customers based on items ordered and availability.

Additional sample requests must be made at the time of ordering. Sample availability is not guaranteed.

Samples are for promotional use only and may not be resold.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Benestar Corp. accepts:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover

We accept only credit or debit cards issued within the United States unless otherwise approved in writing.

Cards will be authorized and charged when the order is processed.

All applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added in accordance with federal and state laws.

Benestar Corp. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any transaction at its discretion.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days from our facility.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Territory

We ship only within the United States, including:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • Guam

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are based on actual carrier rates at the time of shipment.

Benestar Corp. does not estimate flat shipping fees in advance. Customers agree to pay the exact shipping amount billed to Benestar Corp. by the carrier.

Final shipping charges will be applied after the order has shipped and the carrier invoice has been generated.

Shipping costs may vary based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination
  • Residential delivery surcharges
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Address correction fees
  • Carrier rate adjustments

Benestar Corp. does not mark up standard shipping charges unless otherwise disclosed.

6. BACKORDERS

Items placed on backorder will automatically ship when available.

Backorders are not automatically cancelled. Customers must contact Benestar Corp. to cancel or modify backordered items.

Backordered items will ship without additional shipping charges once available.

7. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Refused shipments are subject to:

  • 25% restocking fee
  • All original and return shipping costs
  • Any carrier-imposed penalties

8. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately:

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

9. RETURNS

Benestar Corp. does not accept returns except in cases where an incorrect item was shipped by Benestar Corp.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In original packaging

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

10. SHIPPING DAMAGES

Benestar Corp. is not responsible for goods damaged in transit.

Visible Damage:

  • Refuse shipment
  • Mark delivery “Received Damaged”

Concealed Damage:

  • Notify carrier within 48 hours
  • File claim directly with carrier

Failure to follow carrier procedures may void recovery rights.

11. SHORTAGES

Customers must:

  • Verify shipment against packing slip
  • Not sign for delivery if packages are visibly missing
  • Report shortages within 48 hours

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be honored.

All claims are subject to investigation.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

Benestar Corp. does not sell or share customer information.

Newsletter subscriptions are voluntary.

Wholesale accounts will automatically receive essential communications related to policies and account status.

13. MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE (MAP) POLICY

The MAP policy applies to all GEHWOL products.

Minimum Advertised Price:
85% of MSRP (maximum 15% discount)

  • Promotional pricing below MAP requires written approval.
  • MAP applies to advertised pricing only.
  • In-store or direct customer pricing is not restricted.

Violations:

  • Resellers have 24 hours to correct violations.
  • No prior warning is required.
  • Failure to comply may result in:
    • Immediate suspension of shipments
    • Account termination

Benestar Corp. reserves sole discretion in enforcement.

14. TERRITORY LIMITATIONS

GEHWOL products may not be:

  • Sold outside the United States
  • Exported without written authorization
  • Sold to unauthorized third-party distributors
  • Resold on unauthorized marketplaces

15. INTERNET RETAILER REQUIREMENTS

Authorized online retailers must:

  • Maintain their own independent website domain
  • Publish clear privacy and customer service policies
  • Maintain professional brand standards

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Amazon storefronts
  • eBay
  • Online auction platforms
  • Third-party marketplace subdirectories

GEHWOL products must:

  • Be presented as part of a broader product offering
  • Not confuse consumers with official GEHWOL corporate sites

Benestar Corp. reserves the right to review and monitor retailer websites at any time.

16. STORAGE & PRODUCT HANDLING

Resellers are responsible for proper storage conditions.

Benestar Corp. is not responsible for product degradation caused by improper storage, excessive heat, freezing, or mishandling after delivery.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Benestar Corp.’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products sold.

Benestar Corp. shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

18. AGREEMENT

Placing a wholesale order with Benestar Corp. confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
